About Us
We're Medina Mufflers, and we've been a Muffler Shop in Arlington Heights, IL, since 2022. We offer a wide selection of services, including exhaust, trust, and shock repairs. We do custom fabrication of mufflers and exhaust repair. We also do auto electrical work, tune-ups, maintenance, safety inspections, and muffler repair. We install catalytic converters and suspensions. We're looking forward to partnering with Arlington Heights, Prospect Heights, and Northbrook consumers to continue to provide a premier repair experience. What a great experience! I needed a new exhaust system and had been looking for a place I could trust to do the job. It's always hit or miss with mechanic shops like this. So often you encounter what I call "the grunter" - the mechanic who has zero communication skills. Not the case with Medina! Jay did a great job explaining what needed to be done, showed me photos of the issues, gave me a couple of different options and provided an estimate in writing. I scheduled the work to be completed a couple days later and it was a seamless experience. If I had one recommendation it would be to take after photos to show the customer the final product - that would complete the customer experience. I will use Medina again.

Jay did a great job of showing me exactly what was going on and options they had to make the repair. I will definitely be back as Medina does all exhaust work and other service work as well. I listened to him interact with other customers as well and I can tell you from being in the industry this is the type of people I want to work with.
